Booking Policy

Payment Terms:

Upon confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance of 70% is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Failure to settle the balance within this period may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation penalties apply:

  1. More than 3 months before departure: The deposit will be refunded in full.
  2. From 3 months to 45 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.
  3. Less than 45 days before departure: The full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, either by email or by mail, and will be effective upon receipt of written confirmation.

Changes to Itinerary:

Changes made to the itinerary after the booking has been confirmed may incur additional costs. Any changes must be requested in writing, and additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the modification.

Liability and Responsibility:

The services provided in connection with your booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. We act solely as an intermediary between you and these service providers and cannot be held responsible for any negligence, delays, or other issues arising from their operations.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and trip interruption. Insurance coverage is not included in the price of your tour.
